Waddington looks relaxed. No hand wringing like somebody else we know. (Who ironically is having his integrity questioned left and right.)
Waddington comes across like a no nonsense kind of guy. Ms. Counselor Cannon asks Wad if Nuesse was acting appropriately for once walking out of an executive session. "I would've walked out too," Wad answers. "That's not the answer I was looking for," Ms. Cannon didn't say.

Can anyone locate the SR video of Kim Nuesse saying the Sandusky's dispatch system was on the verge of collapse? That is what is going to decide this whole thing. It is a shame because I think she meant well and seemed to be doing well in other areas. She crossed the line and lied to try get her way on dispatch. If you are going to try and be a reformer, you really have to watch your step. Her dismissal will be upheld based on her providing false information. Everything else is just posturing and trying to position for a deal.
I looked through all the videos on the SR website. I can't find it either. Anybody from the Register: Does such a video exist?
I have all the commission meetings on tape and will try to find this particular one. I have viewed everyone of their meetings and have never seen or heard a remark like that. I believe it was made up by partys that were trying to fry her. It is funny that none of the other people who was at that meeting heard her say that, just what someone interpreted from her responses.
I have located the following SR stories that allude to this comment:

Several bloggers commented on the video, which now seems to be missing.
Finally, Wadd said what everyone is starting to notice in Kline. How about that grant? An account was opened up and expenditures made but was expended from the operating fund instead out of the grant. No one bothered to check to see if the Sprint monthly billing should be part of the grant. Accounting doesn't know how to resolve the accounting error and where were the signatures of the city managers approving the expenditures so accounting can pay the invoices? How about Nuesse encouraging the black officers to go for more testing for a promotion and the black officiers told her they didn't pursue it because of discrimination.
